SaaS friendly finance

Hi, looking for lenders who deal with SaaS and smaller deals under $700k. The situation would be for a mix of acquisition funding and working capital. Please no recommendations for losers that are risk averse or offering tired factoring products.

For a SaaS deal in that size range, if it's not eligible for SBA financing, you might consider a revenue-based lender such as Lighter Capital (https://www.lightercapital.com/). However, most of them only lend 3-4x MRR and aren't fans of acquisition financing. If you need more names, please send a DM.
