Rollup Deck/Investment Memo

I've identified an opportunity to buy a few competing businesses and put them together as a niche rollup.  Has anyone ever come across a good deck or investment memo for a niche rollup in the lower middle market? If anyone has an information (links to articles, decks, discussions on the topic) or advice, I'm all ears.

I create all sorts of investor pitch decks for lower middle market search funds and independent sponsors and am able to highlight a buy-and-build or roll-up strategy. I'd love to see something like this as well. I have done a few rollup acquisitions in the digital marketing space in the last 18 months but they were small enough where I didn't need to seek out investors.
