Not really traditional search fund model. We are rolling up vending machines in the Uk. Good industry with solid cashflow.
We are looking for potential equity or debt finance.

Something else to pay attention to for that niche: carefully examine the ownership of the businesses, probing for money laundering and other kinds of things that are common in that sector. And also see what happened to businesses in that sector that were sold. You may find the opportunity isn't as juicy as it appears on the surface.
