Rolling up Bagel Stores

I have a total of 17 years operating a bagel store. My parents owned a bagel store for 10 years + 7 years on my own. My goal is to roll up at least ten bagel stores in the New York Area. I am looking for investors. I already have a bagel store I want to buy. The bagel store does 325k SDE and couldn't sell to a previous buyer because the landlord wouldn't allow it. The landlord is specifically looking for someone with bagel store experience to buy the business. This is a great starting point with steady cashflow.

Interesting roll up idea. My friend owns a bagel shop and I looked at one too. IMO it would have to be the right shop(s) at the very right price for buy vs. build to make sense.
