We're looking at road freight, warehousing, distribution and last-mile businesses with revenue of £1m–£15m, EV of £2m–£3m and EBITDA margins above 10%. We're operators, not career acquirers. There are three partners, covering operations, commercial growth and deal origination, led by 25+ years running logistics at scale, including a £200m P&L at GXO. Our edge is post-close execution: governance, reporting cadence, pricing discipline and reducing founder dependency.
