Are there any revenue based lenders who can go up to $40M?

So I was trying to be helpful in informing that the few parameters you shared seemed inconsistent with revenue-based financing and also a weak fit with this community where 99% are focused on small deal ETA. I think it's a fair point that in this collaborative community a "seeking financing" post ought to provide enough information to those you're reaching out to. And it will help you seem more credible as well as respecting others, which benefits everyone here. Others may have different views about core values and it would be great to have a lively discussion around that.

Agree with Drew. Plenty missing here. If you really mean revenue-based as that term is usually employed, why? For anyone to be able to help it's recommended that you provide relevant information. Generally avoids wasting everyone's time and will get you higher quality responses, so win-win. You want $40M in revenue-based financing, so your company has about $120-130M in recurring revenue? And 20% margins. You "need to move quick." Not really adding up. Maybe not an optimal fit for Searchfunder
