Do brokers let possible buyers resubmit an LOI if the offer is too low compared to other LOIs?

Thanks

Depends on your relationship with the broker / seller and far the valuation gap is.

Sometimes the seller will say (I really value the strategic vision Canaan has, but he is just a 1-2x turns light from where I want to be. Can Canaan up his offer to be competitive (or alleviate the gap via structure).

Your goal in the pre LOI submission process should also be to sell yourself to the broker & seller. WHY you're the best buyer. (Experience, Passion, Vision etc).
