I have a site visit planned (LOI going back and forth, but thinking it will happen) at a Texas based supply / distribution company that focuses on restaurants/bars/janitorial clients.

Ended up losing this deal. Interesting little business though. Focused on high margins items and mixed products to try and maintain 35% GM. Disposable gloves, to go containers, straws, etc.
