Restarting the Search

All, I heard about search funds over the summer and was interested right away. After discussing this with a few connections in the M&A world I decided to transition to a self funded search on the side as it was a better fit for me.

Right about the time of the transition, my current job had more go wrong than I can list and I had to focus my full attention there.

That being said as the year comes to an end I am restarting my search for a company while still working. If anyone has successfully done a search this way I would love to talk about your experience.
