Hey all!

Where have you gotten guidance on how to approach proprietary search. Does anyone have any favorite sequences, documents, etc?

What are your most dependable sources of information or software etc?

I'm putting my system together for this year, but I'd love to see what others have seen working.

You'll want to use something to check lead emails for viability, like DeBounce or ZeroBounce, and make sure you have an unsubscribe button on any mass emails you send. Be sure to track your domain on blacklist tracking websites to make sure your emails are being delivered (a number of free tracking websites are available online). Also make sure you "warm up" your domain once created. Send emails to friends/family and make sure they open and/or respond to them before you start sending any large batches of emails.

Hey Paul -- go to your local library and they'll likely have paid access to a service like this; very helpful place to start. Good luck!
