Hi Adam. There is so much to recommend and If you look through posts in here you will most certainly find heaps of resources. However, from the top of my mind here are some things to consider:
1. Stanford and IESE materials on ETA/Search Funds https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/experience/about/centers-institutes/ces/research/search-funds/primer, https://www.iese.edu/entrepreneurship/search-funds/
2. Books: HBR Guide to buying a small business (HBS), Buy then Build (Walker Deibel), Search Funds & Entrepreneurial Acquisitions (Jan Simon)
3. Blogs - there are many but I find this one by Jim Stein Sharpe to be well thought through and structured https://jimsteinsharpe.com/
4. Podcasts - Acquiring Minds (Will Smith - excellent podcast, although somewhat focused on self-founded search recently), Buy and Build (Paul Quirk - focus on UK and Europe), ETA Insider Podcast (Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation), The Search Fund Podcast (Jake Nicholson of SMEVentures)
5. Websites/LinkedIn pages etc. of investors who publish their own thoughts and research papers
6. Conferences! - there are multiple threads on those

Thanks ^redacted‌ for the tag. I'd highlight three great resources: ^redacted‌'s resources here: https://som.yale.edu/faculty-research/faculty-directory/j-wasserstein, ^redacted‌'s blog here: https://jimsteinsharpe.com/, and ^redacted‌'s resources here: https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/faculty-research/faculty/david-m-dodson. I'd also put in a plug for David's book, The Manager’s Handbook: Five Simple Steps to Build a Team, Stay Focused, Make Better Decisions, and Crush Your Competition.
