Hi everyone — even with a background in IB and PE, I recently came across Permanent Equity’s Due Diligence guide and companion podcast series and found it incredibly helpful. It’s far more approachable and seller-friendly than the materials I worked with in traditional IB/PE. Figured I’d share it here since I suspect others might feel the same way. (Also, full disclosure: I’m a huge Brent Beshore fan.)
