Hey all,
I'm about to close on a residential landscaping business based in a seasonal climate region and would love to speak with existing/former operators for some last minute advice before jumping into the fray.
Specifically, I'd like to discuss:
- Ways to mitigate seasonality and how to best prepare for the ramp up/down at either end of busy season
- How to handle delicate employee matters (immigration status & compliance)
- Discuss merits of residential vs. commercial business
- Asset maintenance best practices (yard, vehicles, machinery, etc.)
- Tech stack
Posting anonymous for obvious reasons. Please post your email or other means of comms in the comments and I will reach out.
Thank you all!
