Researching the Commercial Roofing Market

I'm looking at a deal in the Commercial Roofing market, but I don't have a good sense for industry metrics and benchmarks (e.g. gross margin, capex) that I should be using to compare it to. Does anyone have any good research or data I can use to help evaluate the business?
