Request: Playbook for scaling Healthcare Services Organization

I am working with a non-profit that has the ambitious goal of providing no-cost healthcare and on-going support to expectant mothers and their babies. The organization is working to create and scale a no-cost healthcare system that starts with telehealth intake then moves to in-person medical care and ongoing financial and social support. I'm asking the community for a huge favor - would anyone who has successfully scaled a healthcare services business (related or not) be willing to share their playbook for scaling it including potential vendors and technology? Obviously, they are not competing with the business as they are non-profit, but I and they would be happy to sign an NDA / non-solicitation etc. agreements and/or discuss considering the assist as a "gift in kind," which could provide some tax benefits.
