Hi Everyone, we are looking to replace our old ERP system for our Commercial HVAC business.
Would love to hear any suggestions from experienced operators on pros/cons of the various software systems
Thanks in advance

Commercial HVAC is a very general description. If you do commercial service and small jobs, Service Titan or one of their many competitors will be a great choice. If you do large commercial bid-build projects, Procore or one of their few competitors will be a great choice.
If you are somewhere in between, and you do both service and large projects, you might have problems finding something for your needs. Implementing Service Titan will be great for dispatching, quoting small jobs and invoicing, but useless for documents management, cost/time tracking, cost control for large projects. Procore will help you on large projects, but it is not worth implementing below a certain size of project, and it is useless for service/small/quick jobs.
On our end, we ended up using the project function in QBO for cost control/time tracking and and a bunch of no-code/automation tools to hack the other functions we needed.

Why:
1. Different systems have different benefits and are generally better suited for different workflows
2. Systems can mostly be integrated using APIs
Generally you would have the following workflows.
1. Accounting & compliances
2. Quotation/ sale tracking
3. Project management
4. HR (timesheets)/payroll
Check out Orgzit.com (my firm) it is good for quotes, CRM, and project management and can integrate with accounting systems such as sage
