Any data as to what's market for cap, survival period, etc. for breaches of reps and warranties? Deal size is roughly $4-5m.

This is a widely distributed report for private target deals; it has data on caps etc.. Not exactly comparable for your size deal but probably as good as it gets other than smaller sample size anecdotal numbers, https://www.srsacquiom.com/our-insights/deal-terms-study/
