Hello,

I am a novice to the search fund process and am curious as to know what (if any) public filings are required once an acquisition is made.

I'm essentially wondering if there is something akin to the EDGAR site that the SEC has for public companies in the ETA world.

Thanks in advance!

Godwin you don’t even really have to report to your lender if you make payments on time.Every year my SBA lender emails me asking for last year financials, personal financial statement etc.The first 2 years they asked me I said I was too busy and never sent anything. Then this year they didn’t bother.

Unless you're buying through a SPAC or some other publicly traded entity you have no public reporting requirements. Depending on your financing structure/capital stack you may have to set up periodic (operating & financial) reporting to your financing bank/fund/investors.
