The CAPEX usually is quite high for electricity assets, however, if the electricity price is subsidized by the government (being green), depending on the country there can be a stable CF coming as well as the potential to provide collateral in a shape of an asset which would allow leveraging a huge portion of such CAPEX with debt.

I used to work on institutional deals in Europe with major banks but assume its also possible for smaller installations such as solar > 1MW.
