Looking for M&A professionals to fill the following technology focused M&A roles: Senior Associate, Vice President, Director (exact job title and compensation depending on level of experience / qualifications)

Selected candidates will work on a project basis (each client as a project; multiple projects per candidate), in deal execution on technology M&A and growth equity deals. Additionally, there will be some work on deal origination and new client attraction.
When working on multiple projects, a selected candidate will have the ability to earn substantially higher compensation than professionals in similar roles at middle market investment banks and M&A boutiques, while also having much greater autonomy, upward mobility, learning and career development.
Candidates can work either remotely or in a hybrid partially remote / in-person format
Tasks & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will lead technology M&A and growth equity deal processes, including client coordination; CIM, company presentation, and teaser creation; financial modelling, buyer & investor research, communication with potential buyers & investors, valuation preparation, document creation, due diligence coordination, interfacing between clients and external advisors.
Candidates will also assist in new deal origination, including creating client proposals and presentations, and supporting in meetings.
Candidate Profile Requirements
We are looking for ambitious, highly motivated, entrepreneurial candidates who comfortable and capable working on a project basis (multiple projects per successful candidate) while taking ownership for specific clients and outcomes, and executing deals with a proactive and comprehensive approach.
• >3 years of relevant work experience (investment banking, M&A experience, other related experience) for Senior Associates, while candidates with considerably more relevant experience can be considered for roles at the Vice President or Director level
• Language requirements: excellent English and Spanish required (fluency in both ideal), other European / MENA languages are a plus but not required
• Excellent skills in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Highly disciplined with a good ability to work under deadlines
• Team players who will support and assist others in order to get the best results
Compensation
Candidates will work and be compensated on a project basis earning a significant percentage of overall client fees, including
• a portion of the client (project) Monthly Fees
• a generous percentage of client Success Fees
