Position Overview:
Acquisitions.jp is seeking a proactive and motivated Deal-Sourcing Intern to join our team. As a Deal-Sourcing Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential acquisition opportunities, specifically targeting foreign-owned businesses operating in Japan. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on cross-border transactions.
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential acquisition targets in Japan, with a focus on foreign-owned businesses across various industries.

Outreach: Initiate contact with potential targets, introducing Acquisitions.jp and gauging their interest in exploring acquisition or partnership opportunities.
Analysis: Assist in the evaluation of potential deals by analyzing financial statements, business models, and market trends.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing potential acquisition targets, market trends, and competitive analysis for review by senior management.
