PipeDreams Ventures is building the tech powered, 21st century home provider service. Home services is a highly fragmented, highly profitable industry that generated $830B in revenue in the US in[redacted]Most of these businesses are run on pen and paper and as lifestyle businesses. The founding team is from Nextdoor and has unique insights into both local marketing at scale and SMB dynamics nationwide to disrupt the industry. The team has received $5.2M in funding from top VCs and Angels.

Responsibilities and qualifications: • Help our deal flow process by identifying and curating target search lists. Will need critical thinking and creativity to source contact information. • Will need to communicate professionally internally and externally with brokers. • Need strong organizational skills. • Must be capable of working independently on projects without direct supervision – although we’re of course happy to provide coaching/feedback.

Details: • Paid ($15/hour) • Location: Remote or in our office at Alameda, CA • Minimum of 15 hours/week and up to 40 hours/week. • Dates: Start and end dates are flexible. • Workday times: Start and end times are flexible, but consistency is expected. • Devices: You are expected to provide your own computer and phone.
