Progression Capital is looking for an intern to assist with Buy-and-build. The role will suit a technical undergraduate or postgraduate student from a top-tier British University, or a recent graduate looking to enter the M&A, investment banking, and private equity space. Some duties include: - assisting with proprietary search - assisting with industry analysis, CDD, FDD, and interfacing with expert DD team. - Assisting with lender queries. - assisting with intermediary outreach and relationship building There will be an opportunity to shadow calls with wider support teams, investors and sellers.
