Manufacturing Succession Partners (MSP) is a search focused on manufacturing businesses within the USA doing $1-3m in EBITDA. Our leadership team has a combined 110+ years of experience and has done over +$2 billion of deals.

As we've progressed in our search and built out or CRM, relationships, and focus areas, we've decided to look for a part or full-time intern who can help us with cold calls and more sales related work.

Before kicking off my search, I worked for a few CEOs and learned a lot about what an effective learning experience should look like. I will make sure interns aren't tasked with boring busy work and instead focus on real issues and invite you to listen on important calls. Since we are self-funded, we won't be able to offer very competitive benefits but we promise that you will learn a lot via hands-on work.

The ideal intern will have had sales/call cold calling experience and experience with CRMs/finding leads. We use Upwork for the boring monotonous work but we will need someone who can learn our CRM ( and be able to interface with them. We are looking to hire ASAP and hours are flexible.
