Manufacturing Succession Partners (MSP) is a search focused on manufacturing businesses within the USA doing $1-3m in EBITDA. Our leadership team has a combined 110+ years of experience and has done over +$2 billion of deals.

As we've progressed in our search and built out or CRM, relationships, and focus areas, we've decided to look for a part or full-time intern who can help us with cold calls and more sales related work.

Before kicking off my search, I worked for a few CEOs and learned a lot about what an effective learning experience should look like. I will make sure interns aren't tasked with boring busy work and instead focus on real issues and invite you to listen on important calls. Since we are self-funded, we won't be able to offer very competitive benefits but we promise that you will learn a lot via hands-on work.

The ideal intern will have had sales/call cold calling experience and experience with CRMs/finding leads. We use Upwork for the boring monotonous work but we will need someone who can learn our CRM (Salesmate.io) and be able to interface with them. We are looking to hire ASAP and hours are flexible.
