NHH is a Self-Funded/ Independent Sponsor with multiple LOI"s in place. I need immediate help organizing financial data and investment memorandum/ pitch deck information. Specific projects and tasks would be assigned based on your goals and interests. This is a 4-6 week project, which could turn into a sizable acquisition - closing in April. Happy to offer up more work over the next quarter.
