Pitch pack building for investors 3. Investor tracking and cap table maintenance. 4. Ability to work in a financial model is a plus. 5. Knowledge of the UK market also a plus. Candidate Traits 1. MBA, Master in Finance or Master in Mgmt student or prospective student. 2. Ability to work with a team of two high energy partners. 3. Looking to learn about the transaction process and capital raising. 4. Time efficient and knows how to get things done.
