Remote - Deal Execution Intern (London)

We have two active deals at various stages. We require the assistance of a remote intern to help us with the following: 1. Industry research & competitive analysis 2. Pitch pack building for investors 3. Investor tracking and cap table maintenance. 4. Ability to work in a financial model is a plus. 5. Knowledge of the UK market also a plus. Candidate Traits 1. MBA, Master in Finance or Master in Mgmt student or prospective student. 2. Ability to work with a team of two high energy partners. 3. Looking to learn about the transaction process and capital raising. 4. Time efficient and knows how to get things done.
