Dear all,
what do you read to build up sufficient knowledge about investing.
My take on the “standard” memos is the following:
- Howard Marks (Rating: 3/5) -> talks a lot about investing psychology, stock market movements, margin of safety. So overall interesting but not too relevant for non-public investments. You can find them here: https://www.oaktreecapital.com/insights
- Mark Leonard (Constellation Software; Rating 4/5) -> rather quick read, talks about decentralization in roll-ups, how they thing about pricing and valuation. Relevant for searching. -> https://www.csisoftware.com/category/pres-letters
- Warren Buffett; Rating 5/5 (obviously) -> https://www.berkshirehathaway.com/letters/letters.html.
- Nick Sleep (Nomad, 3/5) -> Does not talk about that many markets specifically, but plenty times about Amazon, performance based payments and the like.
I am wondering if you are aware of any further (not books) interesting reading material? I am mainly looking for sources that ideally discuss specific markets / businesses and investor assessment of them?

That said, my company (www.PeerViewAI.com) just launched and might be able to help you with more targeted requests. If you can narrow down your focus a bit, I’d be happy to provide you with some sample reports. And even if not, can direct you to other data vendors who might be better suited to it.
