I think we all KNOW that human beings, but like snowflakes, are all different. So when we bring 2 of more of them together, there will naturally be areas of alignment and misalignment. Challenges among business and life partners are going to happen. These conflicts are a natural part of human interactions.

In our work with business partners, we facilitate activities that identify potential areas of misalignment as early as possible (optimally before they ink the deal) so we can come up with intentional strategies to manage the business relationships respectfully. Whether these are intergenerational family or employee relationships, spousal relationships or with arm's length investors, good communication is a cornerstone of success.
