Hey guys,

I am 4 months in my regional search focusing on the province of Quebec, Canada. And I would love to discuss very tactical elements and share best practices with other searchers whose scope is geographically limited, such as:
- How do you split your time
- What is your outreach process
- How much do you customize your outreach
- How selective are you with the leads entering your sales funnel pipeline
- What lead volume do you proceed each week
- Do you use interns / external help for sourcing
- What metrics do you track or share with investors if you are funded
etc.
