Regional Banking / Lending Relationships for Startups in NY

Hi All,

Hope all is well. Recognize this is an SBA forum rather than a startup one, but thought I would give it a shot. I am in the midst of launching a frozen food DTC business out of NYC. I would appreciate any recommendations for regional banks / lenders who take a constructive / flexible stance when working with early stage startups.
