I have been searching for a year now, and we have a good target company in Helsinki with booringly stable business at target EBITDA ofredactedM€. Purchace coefficient is around 4. Refinery7 Ltd is registered in Finland, and my idea is to buy a new company to the group every 2-3 years, so a long term relationship with investors would be beneficial. Finland is a stable scandinavian utopia with it´s peculiarities. Cost of work is high and the state is involved in most parts of human life from gradle to grave. Please message me if interested!
