I have been searching for a year now, and we have a good target company in Helsinki with booringly stable business at target EBITDA of###-###-#### M€. Purchace coefficient is around 4. Refinery7 Ltd is registered in Finland, and my idea is to buy a new company to the group every 2-3 years, so a long term relationship with investors would be beneficial.
