Refinance out of SBA or new SBA lender

Hey everyone, As part of my legal settlement over the SCRA issue and constant other issues with my current bank, I’m trying to refinance out to either a non SBA commercial loan OR, a new lender on my SBA loan. Any advice, options or ideas?
