referrals for President of home services contracting business?

We are diligencing a great home services contractor in the northeast. Seller will be retiring so we are partnering to find the right leader to take over and grow the business. This is a great 50+ years old family business with 75+ employees, low turnover and strong customer relationships.

The job is posted in the JOBS section of searchfunder but I am wondering if you know anyone who might be interested? I'm happy to answer questions via DM.

Have you tried Indeed and/or LinkedIn? I am not sure is a searcher is the best candidate to run it...
Also, I am curious how did you raise money for your search without having the operator yet. Can you share the sequence you follow? Thanks!

Thanks Felizardo. I haven't posted elsewhere yet. Definitely will be posting the niche manufacturing role once we close the transaction. (Fingers crossed, it is closing this week!) Both of these are brokered opportunities so that is how we found them. For the electrical contractor, the seller is very drawn to EV's business model so we have traction on the opportunity, but there needs to be a new operator, and we think EV can help an ETA interested person stand out from other interested buyers due to EV's involvement as a partner/sponsor.
