Referral reward for light industrial temporary staffing businesses

Hi there, I work with client that is aggressively acquiring temporary staffing businesses across the United States that primarily fill light industrial / warehouse roles. They pay a 1% referral reward (based on transaction value) for providing introductions that lead to a closed deal. Thanks in advance for your time and thought on this.
