Would be interested to see more searchers who have closed recently weigh-in here, particularly with the profile of deal (EBITDA and/or EV size, industry, geography) and specific issues they found certain advisors helpful for. also, curious on the range of pricing people tend to come across - obviously, dependent on the services provided. as I've built a short-list of folks to work with, I've seen QoE in the ~$15-25k range and legal with a wider range of $25-50k for EBITDA $500k-$2M and transaction size $2-10M.
