References on FE International Deal Flow?

Hi all, I’m looking to hear from anyone who has experience with FE International. Specifically: - How good is the quality of the deals they typically share? - How well-qualified are those opportunities compared to other brokers/intermediaries? - How reliable is their financial verification process in your experience? - For those who’ve reviewed their deals, did the financials FE International provided match what you later found in due diligence? - Any examples of deals you or others actually closed through them? I’m evaluating whether their pipeline could be a good fit for my search and would greatly appreciate any references or first-hand experiences. Thanks in advance!

My advice is "Yes and..." FE is a fairly reputable broker with higher-quality listings than average. I can't directly answer any of the rest of your questions, but I would say that they're good enough to not be avoided. Depending on how tight your search parameters are, I'd recommend not screening too heavily on broker quality up-front. Yes, you will waste some time on poorly represented or misrepsented deals, but in my opinion, it's worth the cost to not miss the occasional gem.

FE is pretty good. Deals are generally high quality, although you have to do your own DD. Team there ie excellent. Another solid source for dealfow in general.
