Redo Financials for DD

Hi - I'm looking at a business that needs their financials cleaned up. Is there a way to copy their Quickbooks Online file into a new instance? Has anyone had to do something similar for DD on another acquisition?

This can certainly be done, but my advice would be to encourage the seller to have it completed by a CPA rather than taking on the cost yourself. We’ve handled similar requests before, but in our experience, it doesn’t add much value if the deal falls apart
