Recordai Introduction

Hi all, I founded Recordai recently this year with a team of seasoned executives that are well versed in M&A. We're currently looking to acquire IT services companies throughout the US for the next few years. At the moment, we're working on a few transactions pre-LOI and will need help with financing these potential transactions in the future.
