Hi Searchfunder Community – I’m looking for a law firm recommendation that specializes in lower/mid-market M&A and fund formation (GP/LP structures, advisor equity, etc.). My strategy is focused on acquiring companies in the facility services space (janitorial, HVAC, plumbing, handyman, etc.), so experience in these industries is a big plus.
