We're looking for recommendations for USA financial/accounting due diligence providers in regard to a healthcare acquisition. We're open to speaking with firms of any size and would be kicking off our due diligence process very quickly.

Size matters. Any off shore services, not worth my time. Any local ones with legit brick mortar offices, and a team that you can meet in person not like I take your contract and give it to someone else to do it. If you cannot meet the team in person, you are compromising quality over price. Any solo team, not worth my time. Any CPA that cannot show legit at least 5 transactions (M&A) they have completed in last 6 months - not worth my time. So be sure to know what you want to compromise and what you want to pay for. Any uninsured firms that cannot substantially insure the QofE reports - not worth my time.
