Hello,

Curious to hear what folks have done for QofE diligence during self-funded searches. Any recommendations of good individuals/firms who can do high-quality work cost-effectively?

Thank you,
Justin

As Jarryd kindly mentioned above, I'm happy to help here.

We have many high quality, affordable QoE providers in our network.https://www.duedilio.com

There are many options for this but I would strongly consider a partner who can continue to help you in the future with other work.Personally I used a local accounting firm who was well regarding in my target's metro area.I used them for the due diligence and now some post-dealaccounting and tax work. The nice thing is you don't have to re-educate them on the deal.A local firm would also have a great network that may come in handy for your next acquisition or expansion plans. Also, with any firm, get a solid understanding of the deliverable and review sample work (e.g. excel files). Some companies are more thorough than others.Good luck.
