Hi all, I own a commercial cleaning business that’s grown to two markets (California and Colorado), reaching $85,000 in monthly recurring revenue in just under two years since launch. We recently signed an LOI for a $2.6M acquisition of another cleaning company in California ($592k SDE) We’re now looking to secure SBA 7(a) financing and are strictly looking to work directly with a Preferred SBA Lender - no brokers. Ideally, we’d like to work with a lender that has a physical presence in San Diego or Southern California, and bonus points if they have experience financing service-based or janitorial businesses.
