Recommendations for franchise search guide? (Los Angeles buyer)

I'm seeking to purchase a franchise in Los Angeles as a first time franchise operator. I've been self-guiding my search over the past three months and am curious if this community contains individuals who can help guide new buyers through the search and acquisition process? I have a clear (yet evolving) criteria and would love to connect with a franchise world guru!

Believe it or not, there's a couple of Twitter accounts that are franchisees and they share their experiences. DM if you want me to share them. Also, if a franchise you look at it includes real estate, you can always contact someone like myself early on to see if a sale-leaseback strategy is a viable option.

Greg, I have a friend that is a franchise search specialist - he interviews you, understands your interests and constraints and then suggests some franchises to you. He's compensated from the franchise, so no worries if it doesn't work... Let me know if you want an intro!
