Recommendations for escrow agent?

We're working on closing and due to PPP regulations part of the money needs to be deposited in an escrow account until the loans are forgiven.

If neither party's bank will do it, check with local title companies. They are generally in a position to do this fairly efficiently. See if one of your intermediaries can call in a favor.

Mine too. As we are deferring payments we are using an escrow account to give the seller guarantees withoiut using other collaterals
