Hello All, I am looking for recommendations on advisory firms that support searchers throughout the entire ETA journey - not just deal brokers, but organizations that provide guidance from fund formation through search, acquisition, and post-acquisition operations. A good example of what I have in mind is INSETA in Austria - a firm that offers capital, mentorship, network access, and hands-on advisory across all phases. I reached out to them but haven't heard back yet. Specifically, I'm trying to identify firms that offer some or all of the following: - Search fund structuring and fund formation support - Investor introduction and fundraising guidance - Deal sourcing and broker network access - Due diligence and transaction advisory - Post-acquisition operational mentorship and board involvement - Co-investment alongside their advisory role (a plus, not a requirement) I'm particularly interested in firms with: Presence or network in US and UK markets Track record supporting international or non-traditional searchers Any introductions, warm referrals, or direct experiences - positive or cautionary - are very welcome.
