Recommendations for EHS compliance and machinery appraisal support?

Hello - I'm in the diligence process to acquire a manufacturing business in the midwest, and I'm looking to do a diligence on EHS compliance and an appraisal on the machinery/equipment.

I'm wondering if anyone had recommendations of companies that can help do this?

On the EHS side, some firms you might consider include Terracon, RPS or Ramboll. Not sure if all have offices near your target, so that may play into your selection. Also make sure you're clear on what you're looking for: a Phase 1 environmental study, an Environmental Compliance Assessment and a Health & Safety Assessment are three services/reports each can provide, but they are different from each other. Be clear about what you're using the report/service for and they should help guide you. Hope that helps.
