Hi Everyone - A friend of mine is looking to acquire a dry ice/manufactured ice business in the South East. The main partner has 20 years of experience in this field and operates a successful manufactured ice business in the North East. They are currently working with a banker on a SBA 7(a) loan but would prefer alternative financing options. Can anyone recommend a capital partner or main street/lower middle market PE fund they have had a positive experience with?

As an alternative or incremental source of debt? Mezz funds and family offices might be interested depending on the size.
