Recommendations for books / podcasts for the "Search-to-Operator" transition?

There is so much content out there on how to find and deal a business, but I’m looking to build out my library for what comes next. Specifically, I’m interested in the transition from "deal-maker" to "operator." Does anyone have "must-read" books or podcast episodes that helped you navigate the shift from the hunt to the helm? I’m curious about the tactical stuff, like the first 100 days or professionalising legacy systems, and also the softer side, like earning trust with a long-tenured team or the general psychological shift of being the one in charge. If there’s a resource that fundamentally changed how you looked at your first year (even if it’s not a "search" book), I’d love to hear about it.

Thank you for the tag, ^redacted‌. It's not neccesarily an operator book, but 'Extreme Ownership' from Jocko Willink would be my suggestion in this case.

Books I'd recommend: 1. Traction 2. Profit First 3. Fire someone today ( don't judge by the title - the book is more than hiring/ firing stuff ) 4. Who 5. Winning Moves: 105 Proven Ways to Create Value in Private Equity-Backed Companies
