Recommendations for Accounting / Legal ?

Hi all -

Looking for any recommendations for accounting firms that can help with some due diligence and, in particular, put together a quality of earnings report. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Additionally, if anyone knows a good solo legal practitioner (or a reasonable, ideally smaller firm) I'm taking recommendation for that as well. I know many searchers work with Goodwin, Choate, Perkins, etc. but that may be overkill for us.
