Recommendations for Accountants / QoE Providers in Utah & Lawyer

Just executed an LOI and was wondering if people have recommendations for accountants with a presence in Utah that can help with QoE at a reasonable price.

Also looking for a lawyer that has worked with self-funded searchers before.

Hi, we work with ^redacted‌ at VASL and have done several deals with them (they're doing a pre-LOI QofE "light" for me now) and are very happy.
